FREDERICK, Md.—Financial aid experts will be available to help college-bound students and their parents complete and file their Free Application for Federal Student Aid during a free workshop at Hood College.
Brenda DiSorbo, director of financial aid at Hood, and other financial aid staff members will offer an hour-long step-by-step workshop Feb. 7 at 10:30 a.m. in the Hodson Science and Technology Center, Room 113, where computers are available for the participants.
Parents and students are required to attend the workshops together and should bring their 2014 tax returns and W-2 forms. Each student and parent must register for their own personal identification number at www.pin.ed.gov prior to attending the workshops.
An admission presentation and campus tour will also be offered.
