Hello! My name is Adam Peterson, and I work with first-year students from Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County, New Jersey, and the south. I am originally from Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, which is a small rural town deep in the heart of Amish country. I attended Hood College for my undergraduate studies and graduated with my Bachelor of Arts degree in 2011. Recently this summer, I completed my Master of Arts degree from Hood, while also serving as a graduate assistant for Hood’s Sports Information Director.
Hood has been my home for the past six years and through all of my experiences, I have learned that Hood truly is a special community. Being a recent alum, I still feel very connected to the Hood community and love speaking with prospective students about the endless possibilities associated with this institution.
I played soccer at Hood for four years and am an avid sports follower. I am a huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Arsenal Football Club. I love spending time with my family, friends, and dog Dakota. I love to catch movies, eat at good restaurants, and stay up to date with my favorite television shows, Sons of Anarchy and South Park.
If anyone ever has any questions about anything, never hesitate to get in contact with me.
