Employee Portal

You now have access 24 hours a day/seven days a week to your employment, benefits, and pay information!

Faculty and staff can access their current pay statements beginning Jan. 13, 2012. You also can print a copy of the pay statement for your records. Hood College will no longer be sending you the paper pay advices. The new employee portal also will provide the ability to see your pay history with each subsequent pay after January 13.

  • Personal profile
  • Job data
  • Benefits information
  • Pay statements

Starting this pay period, all staff members will use the electronic PTO Requests to notify supervisors of the need for using paid or unpaid leave. Requests will automatically go to the supervisor for approval. Once the supervisor approves the leave request, it will be electronically forwarded to payroll for processing.

Thank you for your patience and support as we transition to the new system. In the coming days, information will be sent to supervisors and non-exempt employees on using the electronic timecard function.
