Post-Baccalaureate Teacher Certification

Hood College offers four ways in which a student who has already completed a bachelor's degree may receive State of Maryland teacher certification. The following links will allow you to learn more about each of these programs.

Application Process for Post-baccalaureate Teacher Certification

• Apply online
• Submit two letters of recommendation
• Submit your official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
• Submit your official Praxis I scores
• Interview with the Education Department Admissions Committee of Hood College
