Wisteria

Hood College Creative Arts Journal

Please send all submissions and inquiries to: wisteria@hood.edu

What is Wisteria?

Wisteria is the Hood College Creative Arts Journal, an entirely student-produced magazine of students' artistic and written works. Our advisor is Dr. Amy Gottfried, and we receive funding from the Media Board.

How do I submit?

All submissions can be sent via attatchment to: wisteria@hood.edu. Pictures may be submitted in hard copy to Liz Lipke, through campus communes.

If you plan to submit artwork/photos, make sure that your piece translates to black and white well.

What types of artwork/photos/poems/prose will Wisteria accept?

You can submit artwork, photos, and written submissions in any genre, irrespective of content. There are no restrictions on what you can submit.

Can I get my work back if I send the original?

Yes. If you live off-campus and want your submission mailed back to you at home, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your submission. If you would like your submission returned by other means (communes or e-mail), please send contact information with your submission.

Where's the Wisteria office?

We are located in the Media Suit on the second floor of Rosenstock, in the Student Activities Office.
