Social Visionary Speaker Series
General Information
In our efforts to reach the broader Frederick community and to encourage meaningful dialogue regarding contemporary social issues, the Social Visionary Speaker Series is committed to introducing extraordinary local, state, and national leaders from non-profit, academic, government and business sectors. The most important goal of the Series is to introduce Hood College and local community members to individuals who have successfully guided and nurtured unique visions and ideas into real and practical solutions that enhance the quality of life for others. The intention of the Social Visionary Speaker Series is to inspire new ideas and provoke fresh and imaginative ways of thinking about issues with which we are confronted today. Some of Our Past Speakers
