Human Sciences (M.A.)

Program of Study

"There are colleges and universities closer to my home, but Hood's reputation made it worth the commute. The Graduate School came highly recommended by professors and doctoral students at other schools -- and it's easy to see why.

Professors such as Dana Cable and Terry Martin motivated me to think and learn; they made the material come alive by relating it to our work experience. The small classes encouraged discussion, allowing us to share practical information with fellow students, most of whom work in the field. I intend to pursue a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, and I appreciate the excellent preparation Hood offers."
