The Facilities Office is responsible for the planning, maintenance and operations of all College buildings and grounds. In addition, the office manages all construction projects, including rehabilitations, remodels, additions and new building construction. Further, the office coordinates furniture requests, including items from stock, purchases, moves or office relocations. The office is the College’s representative for local, state and federal authorities regarding building operations and compliance with building codes and regulations.

The Facilities Office is located in the Pastore Facilities Center and may be reached at 301-696-3452, ext. 3452, or by email at Office hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Urgent requests for after-hours calls should be directed to the College switchboard at "0" or ext. 3111.

In the event that building emergencies affect life safety, report them immediately to Campus Safety at ext. 3111.
