Electronic resources are available to registered students, faculty and staff. Databases may also be accessed from off-campus using a Library Barcode. If you need to obtain a barcode, please visit the circulation desk in the Library.

Databases by Subject: Find the best databases for Journal articles and other resources in your subject area.

Databases A to Z: Know the name of the database you are looking for? Find it in this alphabetical listing of all of the databases available to the Hood College community.

Journal Finder: Find out if we have the full-text of a specific journal, newspaper or magazine title. Each entry includes a listing of databases with dates of full-text availability and any in-Library print or microform availability.

Google Scholar: Search for academic journal articles using the familiar Google interface. If you are on-campus click on the "Full text @ Hood College" link next to your search results to see if the full-text for an article is available from one of our subscription databases.
