Subscribing to Campus Alerts

Hood College utilizes an emergency notification system, which gives college administration and security professionals the ability to reach participating students, faculty, staff, parents and others with time-sensitive information during unforeseen events or emergencies. This system uses voice, email and text messaging.

From time to time, there will be facilities-related situations for Hood Alert to be enacted:

• Utility planned outages
• Utility emergency outages
• Campus projects affecting building occupancy or building temperatures
• Campus or building project/construction updates
• Other needs or emergencies as needed

To sign up for Hood Alert:

• Student, faculty and staff (page under construction)
• Parent, spouse or partner of Hood College student (page under construction)
