Biography
As Director of the Doctoral Program in Organizational Leadership, I am committed to helping leaders from business, education, government, and non-profit organizations further their leadership development and build research capabilities so they can develop a scholarly voice and lead change in their organizations and communities with mindfulness and authenticity
As a scholar-practitioner myself, I have worked as an internal consultant, as well as for a variety of clients in government, non-profit and private sectors, on organization development, change management, talent development, performance management, and workforce planning. I have taught doctoral courses in Organization Theories, Adult Learning, and Applied Research, as well as several graduate and undergraduate classes in Human Resource Development, Performance Improvement, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
My research interests are around topics of Organizational Culture, Learning, Career Development, Meaningful Work, Work-life Balance, and Women Leadership.
