The Graduate School at Hood College presented the 2019 Lisa Ann Sullivan Outstanding Humanities Student Award to Tiffany Govender, current graduate student in Hood College's Humanities program. This award is funded by Lisa Ann Sullivan.
Tiffany recently accepted the position of Communications Manager with SkillsUSA in Leesburg, VA, which is a partnership of students, teachers and industry professionals focused on the development of a skilled workforce. In her current role, she will support communications activities for internal and external audiences and manage the production of print and electronic publications for the Office of Communication.
Her past positions have included media coordination for both the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies’ Management Assistance Team and the National Conservation Leadership Institute, and she most recently served as the Publications Coordinator with the National Office for Arts Accreditation
