Martha Stewart knows a “good thing” when she sees it! Grad School MFA alumnus and adjunct Cameron Petke was recently nominated along with nearly 5000 other “makers” around the country for the 2014 Martha Stewart American Made Award. The American Made program is a national platform to celebrate craftspeople working in their communities, and Cameron was even more recently selected as one of just 50 finalists in the ceramics category.
Help Cameron make the elite group of 10 winners to be featured in Martha Stewart magazine. Check out his artist profile on the American Made website and cast your vote for Baked Clay Studio. Also, take a look at his website to see what he’s up to in his studio when he’s not teaching at Hood, Loyola and Urbana High School.
