Dance Ensemble to Perform Fall Concert

FREDERICK, Maryland—The Hood College Dance Ensemble fall concert is scheduled for Nov. 1 and 2 at 7:30 p.m. in Hodson Auditorium in Rosenstock Hall.

Some of the dances include co-captain Caroline Jeranek’s musical theater piece to “Time Warp” by Richard O’Brien, Gabriella and Layla Basile’s tap selection to “Friend Like Me” by Ne-Yo, a contemporary piece choreographed by Jeranek to “The Chain” by Ingrid Michaelson, Layla Basile’s group jazz dance to “Candy” by Robbie Williams, guest choreographer Kristie Genovese’s modern piece to “Allegro Assai” by Bach, Hood Dance’s Artistic Director Fran Marsili’s jazz dance to “One Girl Revolution” from the movie Legally Blonde, and guest performers Souls of The Feet Dance Company.
