Hood College to Host Panel Highlighting Frederick County Manufacturing
Hood College is proud to host "Employee Retention in Frederick County Manufacturing: Embedded Employees for Stronger Companies and Communities," a panel discussion featuring manufacturing industry experts and community leaders on Thursday, August 22 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Whitaker Campus Center. The event will feature a networking mixer prior to the featured panel discussion, which will focus on research and best practices for employee retention in the manufacturing industry. Darnell Billups, DOL ’24, will share findings from his doctoral research, which sparked the idea for this event.
