We expect all students to leave campus no later than *Friday, March 13 at noon unless approved to remain. All students are required to complete the form below to provide us with the information we need to make this process as smooth as possible. We urge you to thoroughly review the recent COVID-19 announcement before completing this form. All requests to remain on campus must be submitted by noon on Thursday, March 12.

*Athletic teams/alt spring break group arriving from College trips and returning back to campus after March 13 have 24 hours to vacate.
