Hood Ranked in Forbes, Other Publications

FREDERICK, Maryland—Hood College was ranked by Forbes, the Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education, Time Money and the Princeton Review.

On Forbes “America’s Top Colleges” lists, Hood ranks at no. 570 overall, no. 366 in private colleges and no. 190 in the northeast. Forbes also named Hood to its Grateful Grads Index, which considers private donations and alumni participation.

WSJ/THE ranked Hood in its 501-600 national list based on available resources, academic rigor, campus environment and outcomes. “TIME” magazine’s MONEY rankings placed Hood at no. 578 in the country based on quality of education, affordability and outcomes. Hood was also named a Best Northeastern college by the Princeton Review.
