Selecting a Date & Time
- Check the Hood College Calendar of Events for potential conflicts.
- Consider audience availability (class schedules, work schedules, religious holidays, travel time)
Reserving a Space
- Fill out the event inquiry form! If you are not sure what space is best for your event, contact the Office of Conference & Event Services. Please note that classes and student events are given top priority.
Set Up
Contact the Office of Conference & Event Services to discuss any of the following set-up needs:
- A/V equipment or A/V Tech support during the event
- Sound equipment
- Lighting
- Room set up
- Stage set up
- Tables and chairs
- Signage
- Décor
Event Promotion
- Submit the event to the Hood College Campus Calendar.
- Contact the Office of Marketing & Communications for Emails, Social Media and Advertising services. Please note that any materials intended for mass distribution must be approved by the Vice President of Marketing and Communications.
Printed Materials
Contact Print @ Hood to explore the wide variety of print, signage, mail, screen printing and embroidery services our team has to offer! Some commonly used tools are:

Tickets
All issues related to tickets and seating must be discussed with the Conference & Event Services staff.
