NeighborHood Counseling Training Center

The NeighborHood Counseling Training Center (NCTC) is a facility and community mental health service provider. All interns are under the direct supervision of Maryland Licensed, Board Approved supervisors and Hood Faculty. Operations are funded in part by a generous grant from the Behavioral Health Workforce and Education Training (BHWET) program of the Health Resources and Services Administration.
NCTC provides:
- Individual counseling for ages 16+.
- In person and telehealth options.
- All services free of charge.
Monday, 3-8 p.m.
Tues., Wed., Thurs., 1-8 p.m.
We are here to provide counseling to those in Maryland.
